Professional Delivery, Pick-Up, And Strike

A Special Flair offers delivery and pick up based on location, time frame, and loading and unloading conditions. Usually delivery is at least one day prior to event, but more specific time frames are available. Delivery and pick up service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to insure that we meet your needs, and accommodate your timetable. Prices for items such as tables, chairs, china, and linen do not include the cost for set-up. For an additional fee, we are happy to perform this service for you. Arrangements for set-up and strike must be made in advance of delivery.

*Please note that the set-up is included in the cost of canopies, dance floors, staging, and astroturf.

Commercial Equipment That's Insured

One thing that sets us apart from some of our competition in the Antelope Valley is our Commercial equipment such as; canopies, tables, chairs, linens, etc. We carry all the necessary licensing and insurance to ensure our customers are covered in any situation!

Custom Tailored Orders

At A Special Flair, we don’t want to lock you into packages of equipment you don’t really need. That is why every order is a custom order, only the equipment you want, in the amounts that you need.

No Sales Tax On Rentals

We do not charge sales tax on rentals. When we purchase and the rental equipment, we pay the sales tax and store the equipment so that you don’t have to. Ask your current rental company if they are charging you tax. This saves you money, it’s like getting a discount on your rentals.

Event Solutions

At A Special Flair, we do more than just rent the equipment. We have a nicely designed showroom with a display that constantly changes every month and friendly staff that will take the time and sit down with you and plan out your event with you! We have software that will allow us to do a virtual 3-dimensional drawing of your layout so that way you can visually see what it will look like!


Basic installation is included in the cost of tenting, staging and dance floors. We can also provide installation for all of our equipment, including lighting, tables and chairs, or any custom installations regarding tenting and staging, for an additional fee. Arrangement for installations must be made in advance.
